Omniverse Museum in Makati is the newest attraction to unleash your inner geek
Fans of geek culture can now cross universes—from DC, Marvel, and simply to the Earth's cosmos—in one must-visit spot in Makati.
On Wednesday, March 8, the new Omniverse Museum officially opened to provide Pinoy pop culture and science junkies with an adventure straight out of a movie scene, with its interactive displays accompanied by soundscapes that will surely upgrade your museum experience.
Located in Japan Town at the fourth floor of Glorietta Mall, The Omniverse Museum is an immersive exhibit where museumgoers can enjoy thousands of original movie artifacts, props, and collectibles obtained from Hollywood studios and spots all over the world, may it be from DC or Marvel Cinematic Universe. To keep you excited, the collectibles also feature original autographs from the actors who played your favorite movie characters.
You can also channel your favorite character in the Harry Potter series, Game of Thrones, or MCU movie by posing in the Bat Cave, Hogwarts, and The Iron Throne displays, among others.
Other than checking out displays related to pop culture, guests can also try educational activities like chilling and reading in their mini library, playing board games, or listening to scientific facts behind the collectibles.
The exhibited collectibles are owned by pop culture fan and businessman Ryan Sison and are being operated by the Philippine Amusement and Entertainment Corporation (PAEC).
The museum is open Tuesdays to Sundays, from 12 noon to 9 p.m, with tickets available online for P1,499. Those who would like to visit as a group can opt for day pass access for four persons at P4,800 or P8,000 for a group of eight.
According to the museum, bookings are nonrefundable but can be rescheduled. First-time re-scheduling is free, but the succeeding re-schedules will have P300 fee per change of date.
