Star Wars is one of the biggest entertainment franchises in the world. In The Empire Strikes Back, which was released in 1980, Luke Skywalker's adventures continue. While Han Solo and Princess Leia flee from the relentless Imperial fleet after the Empire launches an all-out attack on Rebel Alliance, Luke begins his Jedi training under Master Yoda. But when he senses his friends are in peril, he races to save them—only to come face-to-face with Darth Vader, who later gives a startling revelation.
