LIST: Movies showing in PH cinemas this September 2022
The first ‘ber’ month marks the start of rainy season. While it's tempting to just cozy up at home during bed weather season, some September films might tempt you to watch movies on the big screen again.
As social distancing restrictions ease, movie buffs can switch up their normal TV viewing and enjoy watching new movies again in theaters.

Where the Crawdads Sing
Release: September 14
A captivating mystery about the story of Kya, a young girl abandoned by her family as a child and raised herself to adulthood. Kya is fond of writing and illustrating her own books and with her talent, she was able to make a living.
When she was 19, she got into a relationship with popular local quarterback, Chase Andrews. However, upon learning that he was engaged with another woman, Kya ends their relationship. She lived alone in the marshes in North Carolina who was accused of murdering her previous love interest, Chase Andrews.

A suspenseful movie starring ‘Riverdale’ star Madelaine Petsch that revolves around high school senior, Olivia (Madelaine Petsch), who is struggling with grief from the recent loss of a friend. Olivia experienced series of panic attacks after she go deferred from her dream college. In an attempt to regain some sense of control, she embarks on a social media-fueled rampage against those that stand in the way of her success but, as things escalate, she is forced to confront - and ultimately embrace - her darkest impulses in order to get ahead.

Spider-Man: No Way Home (The More Fun Stuff Version)
For those who want to rewatch the latest Spider-Man flick in theaters, the three Peters are coming back for a limited cinema run starting September 7 in the Philippines.
For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero's identity is revealed, bringing his super hero responsibilities into conflict with his normal life and putting those he cares about most at risk. When he enlists Doctor Strange’s help to restore his secret, the spell tears a hole in their world, releasing the most powerful villains who’ve ever fought a Spider-Man in any universe.
