Kazuya Mishima, new costumes drop for ‘Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’

Kazuya Mishima from the Tekken series will be available starting today as a new playable character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate's very large and unique roster of fighters.

In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, most of Kazuya’s attacks are similar to that of his moves on his command list in Tekken.

However, as he will be visiting another game, he will be given new moves like midair jumps, smash attacks, and special moves that will utilize his Devil form and better suit Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s game mechanics.

He will be bringing along with him the Mishima Dojo Stage, with his father, Heihachi Mishima, in the background spectating the matches, and 39 music tracks from the Tekken series which are a mix of old and new songs heard in the games.

Other Tekken characters will also be present in the game in the form of “Spirits” or ability boosts to Kazuya, including Paul Phoenix and Marshall Law, Kuma and Panda, Armor King and King, Jin Kazama, Nina Williams, Ling Xiaoyu, Jack 7, Asuka Kazama, Yoshimitsu, and Heihachi Mishima.

Nintendo also recently released new cosmetic costumes for the Mii Fighters in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

These costumes consist of Lloyd Irving, protagonist of Bandai Namco’s Tales of Symphonia, Dovahkiin or Dragonborn from The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Dante from the Devil May Cry series, and Shantae from Shantae: Half-Genie Hero.

All of the content mentioned will be acquired once the Challenger Pack 10 DLC is purchased.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is available for the Nintendo Switch.
