The Script to return to PH in 2027
The Script is coming back to Manila!
WIlbros Live and Midas Promotions announced on Friday that the multi-awarded and platinum-selling Irish band is bringing its "Man in the Arena Tour" to the Philippines on March 18, 2027 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
Tickets will go on sale starting Friday, May 29, at 9:30 a.m. via SMTicket.com and SM Ticketmaster outlets nationwide.
The announcement comes ahead of their lead single, Man In The Arena, from the upcoming album The User’s Guide To Being Human, scheduled for release on Aug. 14.
In support of the album, The Script will embark on a UK and Ireland arena tour starting this October, with subsequent legs in Asia and Australia extending through April 2027.
Reflecting on the album's core theme, lead vocalist Danny O’Donoghue stated, “The title is what this album is about. If you need something to remind you of the spectrum of feelings and emotions that make you feel human, this is it.”
The tour follows their highly successful Philippine stop in February 2025, where they performed two sold-out nights at the Smart Araneta Coliseum for their "Satellites World Tour."
Joining O'Donoghue are touring members Benjamin Sargeant, guitarist Ben Weaver, and drummer Adam Marcello. Their founding guitarist Mark Sheehan passed away in 2023.
