Kylie Jenner has been sued again, this time by her former chef who alleges that the socialite put her to "high-pressure" tasks despite informing her supervisors she was having a high-risk pregnancy.

According to the complaint filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court on June 22, the private chef, who remained anonymous, detailed that she worked for the beauty mogul from November 2024 to March 2025.

She alleged that she informed her supervisors, who were also named as co-defendants, about her pregnancy and "required reasonable accommodations to protect her health and pregnancy." Instead, she claimed the defendants "continued assigning [her] excessive hours, physically demanding tasks, and high-pressure events."

In an E! News report, the former employee alleged that she experienced "passive-aggressive remarks" and "condescending treatment" during her pregnancy.

She further alleges that in December 2024, she suffered a medical emergency after being instructed to “transport heavy food items across the street and uphill.” She said she began “choking and gasping for air” and needed assistance from security personnel, after which she was allegedly “reprimanded” for causing distress to Jenner.

The complaint also states that on Feb. 1, 2025, she worked at a birthday celebration for one of Jenner’s two children but was not given “adequate support,” claiming that supervisors ignored her requests for help.

"Due to exhaustion and overwhelming physical strain, [she] broke down emotionally in the bathroom during the event,” the suit reads, as obtained by PEOPLE Magazine. “That evening, [she] experienced extreme physical exhaustion and heaviness throughout her body as a result of the prolonged and intense workload," it added.

The complaint alleges that after suffering a hemorrhage, the woman drove herself to the emergency room, where she was told she had miscarried. She claimed she later informed her supervisors but was instead "falsely accused" of "leaving the kitchen and refrigerator in disarray following the Palm Springs event."

It further alleges that on Feb. 8, she was hospitalized again after another hemorrhage before agreeing to relocate to New York. She claimed her employer treated her communication about her medical condition and relocation as "a voluntary resignation despite [her] intent to remain employed." According to the complaint, she was informed on March 14, 2025, that she had been "removed from the Kylie Jenner household assignment," with March 31 as her final day.

She later accused co-defendant and management firm Tri Star of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, pregnancy-related mistreatment, failure to provide accommodations, and wage violations. The complaint also alleges that the company emailed her a settlement offer and release agreement in May 2025.

This is Jenner's third workplace complaint, following complaints filed by two of her ex-housekeepers who accused her of harassment and discrimination.
