Andi Eigenmann, Jake Ejercito mark daughter Ellie's 13th birthday with sweet messages
Ellie Ejercito is now 13!
Co-parents Andi Eigenmann and Jake Ejercito celebrated the teenager's birthday by posting sweet messages on Instagram on Nov. 23.
"To be able to raise you, know you, and to see you grow into this easy going, supa cool, very beautiful, smart, and ~unbothered~ TEEN, is such a blessing and a privilege, and I am [so] freakin' lucky to be your mother!" the actress wrote.
"Continue to [be] a bright light in our lives and a wonderful friend. May your kindness and generosity inspire everyone around you and may the universe grant you a year, and a life filled with love and laughter, and the courage to go for whatever it is your heart desires," she added.
Meanwhile, Jake expressed how he would probably "never stop wishing" he could keep Ellie as his "baby girl forever."
"But truth is, I also can't wait to witness you grow—wiser, kinder, bolder, and even more beautiful," he said.
"Though you’re already an incredibly smart and thoughtful young lady, there’s so much more coming your way. The next couple of years could be the best and most exciting of your life, but you’ll also discover new pains and the tough realities of this world. So if the unknown gets a little too scary, keep faith and keep close. And endlessly bask whenever the sun shines," he added.
Both parents shared that they're right by Ellie's side if she needed them.

Andi, who is now based in Siargao, has two other kids with fiancé Philmar Alipayo.
