Kylie Verzosa says she's 'happy' for ex-beau Jake Cuenca and Chie Filomeno

Kylie Verzosa is nothing but supportive of her ex-boyfriend Jake Cuenca and his new romance.

On Instagram, the beauty queen commented on the sweet photos of her ex Jake and his current girlfriend Chie Filomeno from the 2025 ABS-CBN Ball.

"Happy for you guys," Kylie wrote. 

"Thank you Kylie! Happy for you as well," Chie then responded. 

Elsewhere in the comments section, Jake said he was the "luckiest guy at the ball" with Chie.

This simple comment from Kylie quickly gained attention, with over 250 fans replying to her remark, as of writing.

"[Oh my God] grabeee ka mature ng mindset, slay ladies," one user noted. 

"The world is healing," another user wrote. 

"[W]omen support women," an IG user also commented. 

In January 2023, Kylie underscored that her previous relationship with Jake was not a "failed" one. She added that it was "something beautiful."

"We both learned from the relationship; we both benefited from the relationship. I think it's a good relationship. We became better people. I believe that who we are today as a contribution of that relationship," she said at the time.

She also shared that the breakup came after a long process. Although she admitted she was the one who saw it coming, she shared that they "both came to terms with it eventually."

Jake and Kylie confirmed their relationship on the talk show Tonight with Boy Abunda in 2019 following dating rumors. They were together for three years before calling it quits in April 2022. 

After a year, Filomeno and Cuenca publicly confirmed their relationship in 2023.

Meanwhile, Kylie also appears to be in a new relationship as she posted a photo of her sharing a sweet kiss with a man during her vacation at Val d'Isère in January.
