Sandro Muhlach says he 'won't be silenced' amid legal battle vs. alleged abusers: 'We have more yet to reveal'

Sandro Muhlach dismissed claims that he agreed to a settlement amid his legal battle against GMA Network's independent contractors, Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz, who allegedly abused him. He said he will "not be silenced" as he told the public that he has "more yet to reveal."
In an Instagram Story entry on Friday, Oct. 11, the actor shared a screenshot of a user asking him what happened to his case. The user then asked whether he was paid for his silence.
Another user assumed without proof that the matter was settled privately, while a netizen commented, "Money."
An IG user, meanwhile, said it's two things: either the case is still in court and cannot be discussed in public or it has been resolved.
"[Nabalewala] lang ['yung] pinaglaban ni [Sandro]," another one wrote.
Muhlach then clarified that he's still waiting for the resolution of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and GMA's legal department.
"Hindi po ako binayaran and never po ako magpapabayad for settlement," he said, adding that even his legal team is waiting for updates.
"Wag niyo po pangunahan lahat. I will not be silenced," he said.
Muhlach also told his followers to "just wait," as he has "more yet to reveal."
On Aug. 1, GMA said it received a formal complaint from Muhlach against Nones and Cruz, but the network did not specify the issue. Noting that it was "respecting Sandro's request for confidentiality," the network said its investigating body will withhold all details of the formal investigation until its conclusion.
The next day, Muhlach and his father Niño went to the NBI to formally file a sexual molestation complaint against Nones and Cruz. Muhlach returned to the NBI office to submit more documents four days later. Days after that, he filed a rape case vs. Nones and Cruz before the DOJ.
Before the formal filing of complaints happened, the names of Muhlach, Nones, and Cruz made the rounds on social media after a local entertainment news website published a blind item claiming that two program executives sexually harassed a newbie artist in a hotel room. The alleged incident happened while an extravagant gathering took place on the hotel's premises, the report said.
Nones and Cruz are seeking to dismiss Sandro's formal complaint before GMA. They also filed a counter-affidavit before the NBI.
The issue became the subject of Senate hearings, with Nones and Cruz in attendance. Nones was cited in contempt at one point and was placed under Senate custody for allegedly lying under oath.
Niño also made an appearance in one of the hearings, while Muhlach and his lawyer attended via Zoom.
Nones and Cruz repeatedly denied the allegations in the hearings despite senators saying there's "strong evidence" against them.
