CJ Opiaza among top candidates for Best in Swimsuit at Miss Grand International 2024 • PhilSTAR Life

Philippine bet CJ Opiaza is among the top delegates competing for the Best in Swimsuit award at Miss Grand International 2024.

The announcement was made through a social media post by the pageant organizers on Thursday, Oct. 17.

"Congratulations to the Top 10 who made it to the Top 20 for Best in Swimsuit, thanks to your vote!" the caption read. "Now we're halfway to finding out who will reign supreme in this category."

Aside from Opiaza, the other beauty queens that emerged at the top are from Myanmar, Indonesia, Thailand, Paraguay, Vietnam, Peru, Guatemala, Mexico, and Columbia.

The remaining finalists for Best in Swimsuit will be announced soon.

Opiaza was crowned Miss Grand International Philippines on Sept. 29 at Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay City, succeeding Nikki de Moura.

She's aiming for the country's first-ever Miss Grand International crown at the coronation night that will be held in Thailand on Oct. 25.
