Trigger warning: rape, sexual harassment

Ahron Villena took a swipe at a director whom he claimed harassed him when he was starting as an actor.

In a Facebook post on Aug. 25 that he also shared as an Instagram Story, Villena recalled seeing a post about an unnamed director.

"[N]agsalita pala etong direktor na eto na matagal na daw nangyari ung mga ganung [scenario]," he said, without referring to anything. "Parang proud na proud ka pa."

Villena then dropped the bombshell that he was among the actors that the unnamed director had exploited.

The actor recalled a cameo role that required him to put a plaster tape on his private area.

"[May] tumutulong na sakin sa production pero pumasok ka sa CR at pinaalis mo sya," he said.

The director then allegedly told Villena, "Dapat hindi ka nagpapalagay sa kanila ako na dapat maglalagay nyan."

"Wala namang problema sakin pero ilang beses mong tinatamaan at dinidikit ung kamay mo," Villena said of the director.

Villena said he respects the director since he's great at what he does, but a newbie like him at the time had no choice but to accept the situation since he had to make money.

"[P]ero malamang hindi mo na maalala kasi sigurado ako hindi lang ako ang ginawan mo ng ganun," he said.

Villena said that he never exposed this director out of respect, even though he was interviewed in GMA Network's Fast Talk with Boy Abunda and people were asking him about it.

"Kaya sana tahimik ka na lang din," he told the director.

Villena said those acts will never be okay, past or present. He also urged the director, whom he did not name, to not tolerate such things.

The statement come as sexual harassment allegations in the local showbiz industry made the headlines.

GMA's two independent contractors, Richard Cruz and Jojo Nones, were accused of sexually abusing Sparkle artist Sandro Muhlach, the son of Niño Muhlach of the renowned showbiz family, in a hotel room.

program manager from TV5 was accused of sexually abusing an independent contractor who worked as a researcher for an investigative show.

Singer Gerald Santos said a musical director from GMA raped him in 2005 when he was 15.
