Ryan Bang reveals breakup from ex-fiancée Paola Huyong

Ryan Bang has confirmed that he and his ex-fiancée Paola Huyong have split up.

The TV host revealed that he's currently single in a vlog on Vice Ganda's YouTube channel. He said that he hasn't been in a relationship since January.

"Tinry ko na ayusin. Kasi alam ko, noong panahon na 'yun 'di ko naintindihan, but 'di dapat umabot ng ganito. I was trying. I was hoping, I was praying na maayos," Ryan said. 

"Kasi biglaan eh [...] Akala ko mafi-fix. Siyempre sa relationship, meron din akong kasalanan, pero I never [cheated]," he added. 

Ryan continued to say he's grateful because his ex-fiancée's parents are good to him.

While he didn't dive into more details, the TV host shared that there was a cultural difference between them.

"Sabi ko Filipino ako, pero 'yung pamilya ko pala, kasi nasa Korea eh. Magkaiba 'yung paniniwala, magkaiba 'yung gawi, tsaka 'yung thinking lalo na pagdating sa marriage."

When Ryan was trying to fix the relationship, he shared that when he talked to his parents and Paola's, he got a sign to give his ex-fiancée space.

"Talaga, tigil ang mundo. Sobrang hirap, sobrang pagsisisi. In [my whole] life, 'yun 'yung pinaka-dark and hardest time in my life [...] Mahirap din sa akin kasi kung anu-ano ang iniisip ng mga tao, baka ganito, baka ganyan. 'Yung maling akala, 'di ko sinasagot."

Separation rumors have hounded the former couple after eagle-eyed social media users noticed that Paola had taken down her engagement photos with Ryan around September 2025.

Ryan and Paola got engaged in June 2024. During their time together, the It's Showtime host introduced her to his family during their trip to South Korea.

His estranged parents reunited for the first time when they met with Paola's family.
