Rupert Grint welcomes second child with Georgia Groome
Harry Potter star Rupert Grint's family just got bigger as he welcomed his second baby with partner Georgia Groome.
In an Instagram post on Monday, April 27, the 36-year-old actor confirmed the exciting news, sharing a photo of their baby girl snuggled in a white onesie with the name "Goldie" embroidered.
“'Secret Child Slightly Revealed’ Introducing Goldie G. Grint,” he wrote in the caption.
“A 10/10 baby (so far),” he jokingly followed.
A day before their announcement, their family was spotted on a stroll with their newest bundle of joy in Hampstead, London.
Rupert and Georgia first became parents in 2020 to their now 4-year-old daughter, Wednesday G. Grint.
While the couple keeps their family life private, the Servant actor has shared stories about fatherhood.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight in 2021, he talked about how being a father changed his life.
“It’s great. I’m absolutely loving being a dad. It’s just the best thing,” he said. “It’s amazing how it completely kind of takes over everything. It’s all I really care about, so it’s been great.”
Rupert is best known for his role as Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter movie franchise.
Georgia, meanwhile, is known for starring in London to Brighton and Angus, Thongs and the Perfect Snogging.
