Heart Evangelista in tears as she promises to do better with new glam team
Heart Evangelista broke down in tears as she recalled her past issue with her former glam team during Paris Fashion Week, hoping that she could be a better person for her new group.
The actress and model shared the emotional moment through an Instagram video that recounted her experiences during her time in Paris.
After having dinner, she and her team decided to go near the Eiffel Tower to take a group picture together. Kristine Ira Lesaca, a Talent Management Specialist at Sparkle GMA Artist Center, then expressed her gratitude to Heart for letting them experience the prestigious fashion week.
"Thank you also for fighting for us and we'll always fight for you no matter what. We'll fight for you dear, no matter what. Maniwala ka sa'min," Kristine said before sharing a tight embrace with a tearful Heart. "Iba kami."
Later, Heart explained why she could not help but get emotional after what Lesaca told her.
"Kaya ako umiiyak kasi kanina nagdasal ako na sana okay lahat kasi nagpictorial ako dati dito, iba 'yung mga kasama ko," she said.
"Parang sabi ko, 'yung chismis na 'yun sana—kung mayroon akong pagkukulang, sa nakaraan ko, sana talagang mabigay ko sa inyo because I really want you guys to be happy," Heart lamented.
Lesaca then told her that they also wouldn't want the actress to always prioritize the well-being of other people over herself.
"Kaya ka bine-bless kasi mabait kang tao, wag mong kakalimutan 'yun," Lesaca said.
But Heart stressed that she would "rather be anxious and overthink if everybody's okay or not than not to care."
Rumors about Heart's falling out with her former glam team circulated on social media in July 2023 after DJ JhaiHo talked about a "famous celebrity" who kicked out her "stylist and makeup artist" for using her credit card without her permission in his vlog.
Internet users were quick to speculate that he was referring to Heart as she and her glam team have unfollowed each other on Instagram. They also alleged that it was because of "money issues," but Justin Soriano had directly denied it as the cause of their falling out.
"The falling-out has nothing to do with money matters. Please, let’s stop making issues," he stressed. "We are over it already. Patahimikin na po natin ito."
When pried about the issue, Heart simply said in a past interview, "Life is like that. Madami tayong pagdadaanan with our careers, with our personal life, but everything's for a reason, and everything is for us to be stronger so we can face anything else in life. So, I'm very happy."
She started working with Justin and Jeck Aguilar in 2019. The three used to travel the world and attend various events together—from branded affairs to intimate parties—as seen in their social media posts.
