Heart Evangelista's former makeup artist denies money was the reason for their falling out

Makeup artist Justin Louise Soriano denied that he and hairstylist Jeck Aguilar maxed out Heart Evangelista's credit cards and that this was the reason for their falling out.

Rumors of the trio's fallout surfaced after host DJ JhaiHo talked in his vlog about a certain “famous celebrity” who kicked out her “stylist and makeup artist” for using her credit card without her permission.

Social media users were quick to guess that the celebrity in the blind item is Heart, and the glam team is Justin and Jeck. Others also noticed that Jeck and Justin are no longer part of the actress' glam team for the latter's recent engagements.

Days after the vlog was uploaded, Justin, who worked with Heart since 2019, spoke up about the issue to shut down rumors.

“Sorry but I can’t let this pass lang, especially pera ‘yung pino-point out,” Justin replied to a user who brought up the issue on one of Jeck's Instgaram posts.

“The falling-out has nothing to do with money matters. Please, let’s stop making issues,” he added. “We are over it already. Patahimikin na po natin ito.”

The makeup artist further talked about the rumors on his TikTok's comments section after a netizen asked about the issue of them maxing out Heart's credit card.

“Kumusta na ang credit card issue,” a user asked, which Justin directly denied.

“Hindi yang ang true reason ng falling out, that was created to pivot the story,” he said. “But again. My mouth will remain shut.”

Some netizens continued to badger him for answers, but Justin only pointed out that it was Heart who solely “maxes out” her credit card.

“Dear sya lang ang nagmamaxout ng credit card nya. Wala kami paki sa credit card nya,” he said.

“Namisinterpret nyo [‘yung] tiktok nya na asa sg na may 24 mos syang babayaran. Sya may gastos nun hello kita nyo naman sguro sa sinusuot nya everyday dba,” he added.

The TikTok video he was referring to was posted by Heart last June, where she joked about her pending installment payments for one of her purchases.

Justin went on to further dismiss the claims, saying that he doesn’t need to use Heart's credit card as he earns on his own.

“Wala kasing ginamit na credit card. I have my own business, I earn on my own, I have 2 credit cards with the limits I needed and I live within my means,” he stressed.

Justin also made it clear he has nothing to defend and that he doesn’t mind the allegations thrown at him.

“Baliktarin lang all they want. Baliktarin nila with a twist. with different stories. It's a pr thing. True normal. Go langz,” he said.

Justin further clarified he didn't sign any nondisclosure agreements and stressed that he doesn’t want to make the issue bigger.

“No NDAs. I just want peace. Hahaha though articles keep on popping. Go lang. I'm still friends with people who matter. And that's all that matters,” he said.

“I don’t wanna make the issue big by throwing truth and clarifying it. Just like any social media scandal and controversies. This too shall pass,” he added.

Meanwhile, comedian-talent manager Ogie Diaz alleged on his July 25 vlog that the reason for their fallout was because the two can no longer put up with Heart’s “attitude.”

Jeck and Heart have yet to speak up regarding the issue.
