Anthony Pangilinan gives wife Maricel Laxa new wedding ring for her 55th birthday
Anthony Pangilinan had a very special gift for his wife Maricel Laxa-Pangilinan.
The businessman "popped" the question anew to the actress as he gave her a new wedding ring for her 55th birthday on Feb. 25.
"She lost her wedding ring in taping last year, so after a few months of saving for it (I did!), I was able to replace it in time for her birthday!" he wrote in the caption of his post.
He then got down on one knee again and asked, "Will you stay married to me after 30+ years?"
Anthony shared that he had a card that read "Shout it from the rooftops again, 'I am the wife of Anthony Pangilinan!'"
"I LOVE YOU," Maricel said in the comment section of Anthony's post.
Their son Donny Pangilinan also shared a throwback photo of him and his mom for her birthday.
"Happy birthday to my anchor, light, and strength," he said.
Other celebrities spread some love to Maricel for her birthday.
"I'm blessed by you guys bro!" wrote Gary Valenciano.
"Happy birthday, Ate Cel!" added Ruffa Gutierrez.
Maricel and Anthony have been married since 1993. They share five kids, Ella Hannah, Donny, Benjamin, and Solana.
In 2023, they launched a book together titled Marriage is a Marathon where they candidly retell their pre- and post-wedding experiences and their family's journey.
