Charo Santos has added another feather to her cap as she has completed her Philippine Air Force (PAF) reservist training.

On Instagram, the 68-year-old former media executive posted some photos from her recent graduation on Oct. 19.

"It's never too late to start something new, to challenge yourself, and to keep on growing. Today marks my graduation from the PAF Reservist training—a journey that was as rewarding as it was challenging," she wrote in the caption.

Santos added, "There were moments when I doubted myself, wondering if I could meet the demands, but I embraced every challenge, pushed forward, and found joy in each step of the process."

According to the former Maalaala Mo Kaya (MMK) host, the experience helped her discover "a deeper sense of purpose" and "renewed" her love for our country.

She also urged her followers to keep chasing their passion and face their fears as "growth is always possible."

"Spending these past few weeks alongside my fellow reservists has been an honor, and I hope my story encourages you to pursue your passions, face your fears, and keep moving forward."

"No matter where you are in life, know that growth is always possible," she continued.

Friends and fellow artists in the showbiz industry showered the post with congratulatory messages.

"Congratulations, my friend! You pushed through with your plan. Wow!" veteran actress Coney Reyes said.

"How inspiring. You're amazing CSC!" veteran broadcast journalist Karen Davila also commented.

"So inspiring!!! Congratulations, Ma’am Charo!!!" Iza Calzado wrote.

Santos was the former CEO of ABS-CBN Corporation. She hosted the longest-running television drama anthology in Asia, Maalaala Mo Kaya.

Currently, she portrays Tindeng, the grandmother of Tanggol (Coco Martin), in FPJ's Batang Quiapo.
