Looking for a place to rent in Quezon City? The condo unit that Neri and Chito Miranda's 6-year-old child has under his name is now available for rent.

Located at Grass SMDC Residences, the mompreneur said on Instagram that she's renting out Miggy's unit for P15,000 per month under a long-term contract of one year. She noted that the monthly rental fee is lower by a few thousand pesos compared to the other units in the same establishment, which have the same size and cost between P17,000 and P22,000.

The unit is fully furnished, with interiors designed by the team of interior designer Nina Santamaria.

Among the amenities in the condominium, which is near two popular QC malls, are the lounge and main Lobby, main clubhouse with function rooms, Olympic-sized swimming pools, Taraflex badminton court, covered basketball court, cabanas and pavilions, fitness gyms, landscaped gardens, and jogging paths.

Services include 24-hour security, CCTV system in selected areas, front desk, as well as property management services.

Neri said that interested tenants can know more about the unit for rent via the contact numbers 0919 252 3606 and 0918 464 2160.

The mom of three previously said that she saved up Miggy's earnings from past endorsements and used his very first talent free from a baby brand as initial payment for the unit. They got it while it was still in its pre-selling stage. Miggy was five years old at the time.

"[I]nipon ko ang money niya para makapag-invest at mapagkakitaan pa rin," she wrote in an Instagram post in February. "Para habang bata pa, may negosyo na siya."

Neri has been married to Chito, frontman of OPM band Parokya ni Edgar, since December 2014. Aside from Miggy, they also have another son, Cash, and an adopted daughter, Pia.
