Laureen Uy and her longtime boyfriend Miggy Cruz are finally husband and wife!
The loving couple announced that they have tied the knot in a dreamy beach wedding in Palawan on April 8 that was attended by their close friends and family.
Only a few photos have been shared on their big day as of this writing, but we’ve already fallen in love with several details we’ve come across so far on social media. Here are some of them:
Tying the knot under the sunset
Sunsets have always been synonymous with romantic settings, so Laureen and Miggy couldn't have picked a better backdrop for exchanging "I do's" with each other.
In an Instagram post, Laureen posted a quick video of herself clad in a white robe and flexing her engagement ring before transitioning to her and Miggy in their wedding outfits, signaling that they have said yes to forever in front of a sunset backdrop.
"Introducing Mr. & Mrs. Cruz!" the fashion and travel blogger captioned.
Another scene highlighting the gorgeous sunset hues in the sky could also be seen in a picture shared by Maja Salvador's husband Rambo Nuñez on his Instagram stories.
Cute wedding outfits
The couple’s modern wedding outfits easily caught our eye. As seen in Rambo's stories, Laureen walked the aisle while wearing a simple white gown that was elevated by her striking triple-strand pearl necklace.
Makeup artist Jelly Eugenio also posted a closer look at the attire, which showed Laureen's necklace had a luxurious Empress Dowager pendant.
Miggy, on the other hand, decided to match the setting and opted for a Barong Tagalog with etchings of coconut trees and aquatic life.

The pair's wedding was definitely a star-studded event.
As seen from various Instagram Stories that Laureen reposted from her welcome party, the familiar faces who got invited to her wedding include Anne Curtis, her husband Erwan Heussaff and their daughter Dahlia, actress Kaila Estrada, fashion blogger Camille Co, internet personality Michelle Dy, and many more.
Miggy popped the question to Laureen at the Joshua Tree National Park in California on May 17. The two have been together since 2016.
