A new document revealed details about the personal finances of Matthew Perry at the time of his death.

PEOPLE Magazine reported that it obtained an inventory and appraisal document submitted by Lisa Ferguson, a trustee of the actor's estate, on Tuesday, July 2. The filing showed that his personal wealth was at over $1.6 million (P93.9 million) when he died last year.

The media outlet noted that Perry "likely had many assets" that were not indicated in the paper.

According to PEOPLE Magazine, Perry's will stated that most of his possessions were placed in a trust, where the late star expressed his desire to leave his belongings in the "Alvy Singer Living Trust." Among the beneficiaries are his father John Perry and mother Suzanne Morrison as well as his half-sister Caitlin Morrison and his ex Rachel Dunn. The assets in it have not been made public as of writing.

It was also revealed that Perry had more than $1 million (P58.8 million) in personal property when he passed away. The publication noted it's "in addition to what his executors—Ferguson and Robin Ruzan—have already put in the living trust."

Perry was found unresponsive in a pool in his house in Los Angeles in October 2023. He was 54.

An autopsy showed he died due to "the acute effects of ketamine," a controlled drug that Perry, a recovering addict, was understood to be taking as part of his supervised therapy.

Perry famously portrayed Chandler Bing on the hit sitcom Friends, which followed the lives of six New Yorkers navigating adulthood, dating, and careers.

He suffered a burst colon related to drug usage and underwent multiple surgeries in 2018.

Perry had reportedly been clean for 19 months before his passing.
