Sofia Andres mourns dog's death: 'There is no better source of comfort than a furry best friend'
Filipino actress Sofia Andres announced the passing of her dog, Talia.
On Instagram, Andres shared a carousel that includes Talia’s monochrome portrait, her daughter Zoe bonding with Talia, and her own interactions with Talia and her other dog.
“Forever in my heart, my sweet soul,” she wrote in a post. “When I first met Talia, I never anticipated just how deeply we would connect. It’s truly remarkable how a dog can capture your heart and gain your trust.”
Andres said she will forever wait to feel Talia’s presence with open arms.
“I was hoping and praying that you could still see my new house and show you the [perfect] spot I made for you,” she said, adding she knows that Talia loves walking up and down the stairs, the car rides, and was very sweet with children, especially Zoe.
“I can proudly share the depth of my love for you. You always knew when I was sad or lonely, and your spirit continues to comfort me,” she said.
“Talia has taught me that love knows no bounds and that there is no better source of comfort than a furry best friend.”
Her followers sent her some love, with some of them dropping crying emojis in the comments section.
