Diego Loyzaga is now a dad!

The actor revealed the news on Thursday, June 8 ahead of Father’s Day. On Instagram, he posted a snap of himself carrying a baby with the caption: “The best birthday gift ever.”

His nearest and dearest in the entertainment industry, including his fellow celebrity dads, sent their love and congratulations to the new father in the comment section.

"Congrats bro!" actor Troy Montero wrote.

“Love you dawgs! Daddy D,” TV host Billy Crawford commented.

Diego’s mom Teresa Loyzaga also expressed her excitement and happiness over being a “glam-ma lola.”

“Yahooooo! Glam-ma lola in the house! Mwah! Love you, anak. Love you, my pochola!” she wrote.

The local star has been busy with the promotion of his upcoming film with Julia Barretto dubbed Will You Be My Ex. It’s slated for release on June 21.
