SB19's 'Simula At Wakas Kickoff Concert Film' to be released on Weverse
SB19 is giving A’TIN another way to relive the energy, emotion, and unforgettable moments of their Simula At Wakas kickoff concert!
The P-pop boy band announced that a film version of their hit concert will be released on the global fandom platform Weverse on July 12.
"One year since the Simula at Wakas Kickoff Concert at the Philippine Arena, the story returns to where it all began. Relive the performances that moved us, the memories we created together, and the moments that marked the beginning of the Simula at Wakas journey," SB19 wrote.
Simula at Wakas serves as the third extended play of SB19 after Pagsibol in 2021 and Pagtatag! in 2023.
The band first embarked on their world tour in May last year at the Philippine Arena before going on to perform in other countries in Asia, North America, the Middle East, and Oceania. The tour concluded in Australia in December with 21 shows.
SB19 joined Weverse on March 19 earlier this year, along with fellow P-pop group BINI. At the time, the boy band teased that fans can look forward to "live streamings, unreleased videos, and daily updates" that will be exclusive on the South Korean-made platform.
The app is available to download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. While it has free content, some features and releases may require fans to purchase access through the platform.
Beyond watching exclusive content, Weverse allows fans to follow artist updates, download photos for free, comment on posts, and tune in to live broadcasts when available.
SB19 consists of Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin. The group debuted in 2018 with their first single Tilaluha and has since become a renowned P-pop sensation, becoming the first Filipino and Southeast Asian act to be nominated for Top Social Artist at the Billboard Music Awards.
