BLACKPINK announces 2025 world tour

YG Entertainment, the South Korean girl group's agency, said that Jennie, Lisa, Jisoo, and Rosé will embark on a new world tour this 2025.
The agency has announced, via its official blog and a teaser video, the group's upcoming world tour, marking its first such tour since the conclusion of the "Born Pink" tour.
Further information regarding tour dates and venues will be released in due course.
This will be the group's first world tour in one year and five months since the 2022-2023 "Born Pink" tour. Since their hiatus, the four members have been making a name for themselves on their respective solo projects.
Lisa's debut album Alter Ego arrives on Feb. 28, following her appearance in The White Lotus on Feb. 16. Jisoo's first mini-album AMORTAGE is out on Feb. 14, while Jennie will release her solo debut album Ruby on March 7. She also recently dropped the single Love Hangover featuring Dominic Fike with a video starring Charles Melton. Meanwhile, Rosé's solo album Rosie, including the hit Apt. with Bruno Mars, was released last year.
The "Born Pink" tour drew about 1.8 million fans across 34 cities worldwide (including Manila in March 2023), making it the biggest world tour ever for a K-pop girl group.
