Miss Supranational 2026 is the Philippines' Katrina Llegado!
The Pinay beauty queen was crowned the winner during the coronation night held on Aug. 1 (PH Time) in Malopolska, Poland, making her the second Filipina to win the crown. She bested 66 other contestants from across the globe.
During the final question-and-answer round, Llegado was asked to share a moment when she "stopped trying to become the woman the world expected and started becoming the woman you’re meant to be."
“I always believe that we should never fit into a mold. We are perfectly imperfect,” she answered. “I am someone who struggles with perfection. I am here today doing my best and becoming my best version.”

She's no stranger to the pageant stage
Llegado is no stranger to the pageant stage. Her journey began in 2018, when she represented Bagumbayan, Taguig, at Mutya ng Taguig and finished in the Top 5.
A year later, she joined the ninth edition of Miss World Philippines, where she was crowned Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas 2019. She went on to represent the country in Bolivia, finishing as Quinta Finalista (5th runner-up).
In 2022, Llegado competed in Miss Universe Philippines and placed second runner-up. She returned to the national stage in 2026, where she finally earned the Miss Supranational Philippines crown, securing her spot to represent the country on the international stage.
She's a military reservist
Outside the glitz and glam of the pageant stage, Llegado is following her passion to serve, graduating from the Reserve Force of the Philippine Air Force in 2023.
During the Supra Chat segment, the Filipina beauty queen spoke about her commitment to service and community empowerment, sharing how her experience as a Military Air Force Reservist has shaped her purpose beyond pageantry.
“My love for serving the country rolls back to my grandfather. My grandfather is actually in the military, that's why I am so devoted of serving the country and also into being into the military reservist,” she said.
She also shared that fellow Filipina Miss Supranational alumna and PAF reservist Dindi Pajares inspired her to take the same path.
“Being a military reservist, you are ready to be of service not just to the Philippines but of course to the communities that we help every now and then. And I think being a military reservist would truly help me as Miss Supernational, not just in the Philippines but of course the willingness to take on these roles, to take on the job and being ready to really serve for the people,” she said.
In her separate interview with MEGA, Llegado reflected on how her experiences in both pageantry and military service have shaped her resilience and strengthened her commitment to serving others.
“I learned how to stand up on my own and fight my own battles,” she shared.
“Being grounded to the community is the heart of being in military service. It’s the same with being a beauty queen. When your community needs you, you need to be there in a snap.”
She owns a beauty brand
Llegado also wears another hat—that of an entrepreneur. She is the co-founder of beauty brand Clocheflame, which champions inclusive makeup shades designed for Filipinas, especially morenas like herself.
She is also using entrepreneurship to create opportunities for women and has extended her advocacy by partnering with Project Pearls through its G.R.O.W. (Giving Resources and Opportunities to Women) initiative. The program focuses on empowering women living in poverty by providing sustainable livelihood opportunities.
“Project Pearls is helping the poorest of the poor here in Manila, which is Tondo. It is the part where the most vulnerable people live. And actually, I was able to bring Eduarda (Braum) in Tondo and she saw firsthand how the life there. And how Project Pearls come in is that they help them as scholars so they hone them first in their education and where I come in is with their initiative G.R.O.W.,” she said during the Supra Chat.
Through Clocheflame, Katrina partnered with Project Pearls to support the organization's candle-making initiative, helping create a sustainable source of income for women in Tondo.
“In this small way, we are able to give livelihood not just to the women of Tondo, but also to their families and to their kids as well. And this is such a powerful tool because being able to help the women, we are able to help the community and of course the whole country as well,” she said.
She's always up for an adventure
She's not afraid of a challenge—whether it's on the pageant stage or on the race course. On top of her pageant work and business ventures, Llegado is a Spartan racer, half-marathoner, and an avid mountain hiker.
