Supermodel Cindy Crawford and her daughter, model and actress Kaia Gerber, have paid tribute to Presley Gerber nearly a month after his death at 27.

On Oct. 18, Cindy shared a black-and-white portrait of Presley on Instagram, accompanied by a statement signed by herself, her husband Rande Gerber, and Kaia.

“We are beyond heartbroken to lose our beloved son and brother. We feel so blessed to have had Presley in our lives for 27 years,” the family wrote. “He is a sweet, beautiful soul who loved and is loved, now and forever. We are so proud of how he showed up in the world, with kindness and vulnerability.”

The family also thanked those who had extended their condolences and offered support following Presley's death.

“We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support from so many who know and love our family and even strangers who feel our pain. Til we meet again our sweet boy. We love you forever, Mom, Dad and Kaia,” they added.

Meanwhile, Kaia shared a separate tribute to her older brother, featuring a childhood video of the two of them and a photo of them together at the beach.

“I love you the bluest, to the moon and back and back again, forever big brother,” she wrote in the caption.

Kaia reflected on the difficulty of putting her grief into words and the bond they had shared since childhood.

“You know how much I loved being your sister. It has always been, and will forever be, my favorite thing about myself,” she wrote. "I came into this world with a white-knuckle grip around you. I had more love for you than I knew what to do with. And now that it has nowhere obvious to go, I'm certain it's going to swallow me whole."

“I was born loving you. I will die loving you. There was never anything else,” she added. “I would walk knowingly toward this grief if it meant that on the other side of it I got to be your sister."

Kaia ended her message by adapting a famous letter written by physicist Richard Feynman to his late wife, writing, “My darling brother, I do adore you. I love my brother. My brother is dead. And this party sucks so bad without you, Prez.”

Kaia revealed that the letter's final line was inspired by a conversation she had with Presley, making it the last thing they talked about.

Presley was the only son of Cindy and Rande and the older brother of Kaia. Like his mother and sister, he also pursued modeling, working with fashion brands including Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, and Bottega Veneta.

In recent years, Presley had spoken publicly about his struggles with mental health and substance use.

He died at a rehabilitation facility in Santa Monica, California, on Sept. 20. The Santa Monica Police Department has been investigating his death as a suspected overdose, according to multiple outlets.

The family's tributes mark their first public statements about Presley's death.
