Marian Rivera becomes Bulgari's newest friend of the house
Marian Rivera is luxury fashion brand Bulgari's newest "friend of the house."
The actress shared on Instagram that she was given the honor on May 19.
"So grateful and truly humbled to be welcomed as a Friend of the House of Bvlgari. Thank you for the trust, the warmth, and for allowing me to be part of something so timeless and beautiful," Marian wrote.
In the reel she shared, Marian was seen wearing a pink Magda Butrym rosettes ruched maxi dress paired with Bulgari jewelry.
Several personalities expressed their excitement for Marian on Instagram.
"Our home's true cornerstone. Congratulations, [Marian]," the actress's husband Dingdong Dantes captioned a photo showing Marian smiling in front of cameras.
"So refreshing and inspiring to hear an empowered Filipina speaking Tagalog in a campaign for one of the biggest luxury brands in the world," said Gabbi Garcia, who also attended the event, welcoming Marian as a friend of the house.
"A night of elegance, good company, and Filipino pride. Congratulations to Ate [Marian]," Ruru Madrid wrote.
The Balota star joins the luxury house's other Filipino "friend," Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach.
Being a "friend of the house" is a title given to a celebrity or personality whose image aligns with the brand.
Apart from the new recognition, Marian recently launched her own beauty brand, Vida Essentials, which was three years in the making.
On its Instagram page, Vida Essentials said its products are "thoughtfully formulated with effective ingredients and gentle formulas you can feel good about using daily."
