Heart Evangelista’s hand-painted masterpiece was spotted in an international TV series!
On her Instagram stories on Wednesday, April 26, the actress reposted a scene from comedy series The Emperor of Malibu that gave a glimpse of one of her hand-painted bags.
Reminiscing its pilot episode from four years ago, Deborah Craig—one of the show's stars—shared the clip where she can be seen carrying Heart’s hand-painted Hermès Kelly Bag showing the side profile of a woman with a floral backdrop.
Heart sold another set of the same designer bags in March this year.
An Hermès Kelly Sellier 25 Bag has an estimated price of $10,000 or over P500,000.
Aside from her acting talent and impeccable style, the local star is also famous for her talent in painting. She's known as Love Marie—her real name—in the art scene, having painted bags for fellow personalities like Kim Chiu, Carla Abellana, and Jinkee Pacquiao. Her art reportedly costs P100,000 per piece, and it still doesn't include the cost of the bag.
Heart had an art collaboration with Incubus frontman Brandon Boyd in July 2022. She also released a limited edition of 12 collectible art toys with only 50 sets made in August of the same year.
