Justin Bieber says 'don't waste' money on Drew House as he exits his brand after 6 years
Justin Bieber is asking his followers not to "waste money" on his fashion brand, Drew House, as he announces his departure.
In an Instagram Story on April 11, Bieber wrote over a screenshot of the Drew House official Instagram page with a message to fans urging them to no longer support it.
“I Justin Bieber am no longer involved in this brand,” he wrote. "If your [sic] rocking with me the human Justin Bieber don't waste ur money on Drew House."
The new post comes after the singer dropped a video where his cartoon self burned down a house full of Drew items. It also showed an animated version of his wife, Hailey, and their son, Jack, heading towards a bright building, and ended with "SKYLRK" on screen.
Meanwhile, on social media, Bieber is teasing the upcoming release of SKYLRK, seemingly his newest fashion brand.
SKYLRK appears to offer bright-colored hoodies, sweatshirts, beanies, robes, and more.
In 2019, Bieber first launched Drew House, a fashion line whose iconic logo is a yellow smiley face. His co-founder, stylist Ryan Good, previously said in an interview with GQ that Bieber was "involved in every step of it, from what we want to make to how we're going to shoot it to how visuals are going to look and how we're going to roll it out."
He added that aside from his impact, Bieber, whom he describes as "specific" and "detail-oriented," has an "actual eye for fashion." This, he noted, has been "one of the most valuable tools that our brand has."
