3 Stray Kids members involved in car accident
Three members of K-pop group Stray Kids sustained minor injuries after figuring in a car collision on Wednesday, Sept. 20.
In a statement, their agency JYP Entertainment said that Lee Know, Hyunjin, and Seungmin now have "mild muscle pains and bruises" after their car got involved in a minor accident on their way back to their dorms.
They "immediately visited the hospital and received thorough medical examination," JYPE noted, adding that none of them were seriously injured.
The Korean idols have been advised by medical professionals "to receive conservative treatment for the time being."
"We apologize for causing fans to worry with such sudden news," the label said, adding that it "will place the artists' health as the highest priority."
"[We] will provide everything we can to support their recovery," JYPE concluded.
Stray Kids, consisting of members Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N., made their debut in March 2018 under JYPE.
Their hit songs include MANIAC, Thunderous, Charmer, VENOM, and God's Menu.
They dropped by the Philippines for a concert in April 2019. They also held a two-night show in the country in March 2023.
