Sunshine Cruz is aging like fine wine.
The 46-year-old actress, who regularly posts bikini pictures, surprised her followers with rare sexy throwback photos from 1999, which she uploaded on Instagram.
“I found my baul full of old photos. Here are some raw photos [from] almost 25 years ago (year 1999). More throwback photos to come!" the caption read.
The first image showcased a sultry Sunshine in a red bikini on what seems to be a dining table, followed by a feisty photo in a black bikini partnered with a brown cover-up. Sunshine rocked the third photo in a metallic silver swimsuit while holding a fake gun.
Fans and friends from the industry fawned over the photos, with many of them expressing how the Sunshine didn't age at all.
"I like the one with the gun!! Let’s go target shooting," said Ruffa Gutierrez in the comment section.
"Maganda pero Mas….. Maganda ka ngayon," actress Carmi Martin also commented.
"Wala namang ipinagbago. Ganyan ka pa ring kaganda ngayon," a social media user wrote.
Actresses Jackie Forster and Melissa Mendez also left fire emojis.
Sunshine used to be a sexy star back in the late 90s. She starred in films alongside veteran actors like Albert Martinez, Philip Salvador, and ex-husband Cesar Montano.
Talking to Boy Abunda in February 2023, Sunshine admitted that she once regretted her past.
“There was a time na ni-regret ko 'yon, especially naging malaking parte 'yon ng aming separation ng aking ex-husband. Pero at the end of the day, naging stronger ako, mas natuto ako," she told the Boy on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.
“Ang ginawa ko lang, mas pinatunayan ko sa mga tao na hindi lang ako sexy star. I can also be a singer, I can be an actress, and most especially, I am a good mom. I know that for a fact. Lahat naman tayo nagkakamali, nagkakaroon ng maling desisyon noong mga bata pa tayo. Pero ang importante ay kung ano tayo ngayon.”
In another interview, Sunshine said that she is now focused on staying healthy "to take care of my kids as a single mom."
She revealed on social media that she likes to dance and exercise. "TikTok can also be a form of exercise sa mga mommies like me," she said in one post.
