Kim Go Eun’s agency BH Entertainment denied the actress' dating rumors with South Korean soccer player Son Heung Min.

According to Soompi's report, the actress’ agency responded to the hearsay, saying it isn't true last Dec. 20.

“The dating rumors are not true,” the agency said. “The two have never met. [Kim Go Eun] is always a supporter as a [Korean] citizen and especially during the World Cup season.”

Rumors began circulating when netizens began speculating that a private Instagram account that Go Eun is following is owned by the World Cup player. Others also noted how the actress shared Instagram Stories showing her support for Korea in the games and the fact that Son Heung Min and his team Tottenham Hotspur are followed by BH Entertainment head Son Seok Woo on Instagram.

One internet user noticed that Son Heung Min's account frequently liked Kim Go Eun's photos while one commented, “Out of Hong Jang Hyun’s Instagram photos, Kim Go Eun’s photo is the only woman celebrity that Son Heung Min liked. If he liked her picture once, it might not be significant, but he doesn’t like pictures often, and he only liked her picture.”

Go Eun is known for her roles in the series Little Women, The King: Eternal Monarch, and Goblin. Prior to her rumored romance with Heung Min, the 31-year-old actress was dating 48-year-old actor Shin Ha Kyun. The two began dating in 2016, with both their talent agencies confirming that they have broken up in March 2017.

Go Eun was later rumored to be dating Train to Busan star Gong Yoo, who portrayed the actress' husband in Goblin, after they were spotted eating at a restaurant. their agencies, however, denied the rumors.
