LOOK: Iya Villania puts Sydney apartment on sale
Looking for an apartment abroad? Iya Villania has announced that she is selling her two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Sydney, Australia.
On Facebook, the TV host and actress said that she and her husband, Drew Arellano, are selling their home down under.
"[Reason for selling]? Simply because we need something a little bigger because hello... [five] children," she wrote in a Facebook post.
Villania also shared glimpses of some parts of the apartment, including the bedrooms, bathroom, and dining room.
The property, located in Haymarket, sits right in front of the Haymarket Light Rail and is just 200 meters from Central Station, an area the TV host described as highly accessible and ideal for families.
“We chose this area specifically because of its easy access to public transport, hence not needing a car or car seats when we visit,” Villania said.
She added that the location is a short walk from Darling Harbour and nearby attractions such as Sea Life, Wild Life, Madame Tussauds, and the Maritime Museum.
Villania also pointed out its proximity to the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). "It would be great [preparation] too if you plan on sending your kids to school in Sydney. Easier to invest, of course, if you’re an Aussie citizen, but if not, you can still try your luck."

Villania and Arellano tied the knot in 2014. They share five kids: Primo, who was born in 2016, followed by Leon in 2018, Alana in 2020, Astro in 2022, and Anya Love in 2025.
