Bretman Rock sports traditional bahag: 'I honestly just feel like a goddess'

Bretman Rock showed off his traditional bahag on social media as he marked his first week of being 25 years old.

"I finally feel like I’m In my 20s. It only took five extra years, but we here… that’s my one week review of being 25," he captioned his Instagram carousel on Monday, Aug. 7.

In one of the videos in his IG carousel, the social media personality can be seen running around in the traditional garment.

“I honestly just feel like a goddess,” Bretman said. “Thank you, universe, for making me brown. Thank you to everybody that came before me.” 

Bretman celebrated his 25th birthday on Aug. 1.

The Filipino-American influencer, who rose to fame through his humorous vlogs and makeup tutorials, spent some of his childhood years in Cagayan and moved to the United States when he was seven years old.

He visited the Philippines in March for the launch of his book You’re That Bitch & Other Cute Lessons About Being Unapologetically Yourself—an essay collection about Bretman's "funny and inspiring celebration of self, identity, queerness, and his Filipino heritage."
