Nadine Lustre finally dances 'Paligoy-Ligoy' with trending NewJeans' 'Hype Boy' choreo, thanks to Maricel Soriano
Two months after the choreography of NewJeans' Hype Boy to the tune of Nadine Lustre's Paligoy-Ligoy trended, the actress-singer herself finally joined the dance craze.
It was none other than the award-winning actress Maricel Soriano who was able to convince Nadine.
"Makakahindi ba sa'kin ang anak ko? O ayan na ang request niyo!" Maricel posted a TikTok video of her and Nadine dancing Paligoy-Ligoy.
She even brought delight to NewJeans fans known as Bunnies when she credited the K-pop girl group for the choreography.

The Diamond Star then told her followers to stay tuned for her upcoming vlog with Nadine on her YouTube channel.
Nadine, in turn, reacted to Maricel persuading her to dance her own song: "Si Inay lang talaga malakas."
The father of the Never Not Love You actress has since revealed that Nadine starred in her very first print advertisement with Maricel, to which the latter commented, "Sabi ko na nga ba! Anak kita."

Paligoy-Ligoy is part of the original soundtrack of Diary Ng Panget The Movie starring Nadine and her former on-and-offscreen partner James Reid (as the love team JaDine).
Meanwhile, NewJeans' Hype Boy was released in July 2022.
