Thriller fans might soon see Robert Pattinson and Jennifer Lawrence in a new film together.
According to a Deadline report, industry insiders reported that there is an ongoing discussion about Pattinson starring alongside Lawrence in a new thriller dubbed, Die, My Love.
The upcoming film is set in a remote rural area and will tell the story of a mother who struggles to “maintain her sanity” while suffering from psychosis. Pattinson’s character hasn’t been revealed yet.
Die, My Love is set to be directed by Lynne Ramsay, who also helmed the thriller films like You Were Never Really Here and We Need to Talk About Kevin. She will also co-write the script with Enda Walsh.
The film will be produced by Justine Ciarrocchi and Lawrence through their production company Excellent Cadaver, with Martin Scorsese and Andrea Calderwood.
Apart from his role in the iconic film Twilight, Pattinson recently starred in Christopher Nolan’s action-sci-fi film Tenet with John David Washington, and Matt Reeves’ The Batman in 2022. His upcoming sci-fi film Mickey 17 by Bong Joon Ho is set to premiere in 2025.
Lawrence, meanwhile, recently starred in the films Don’t Look Up and the comedy film No Hard Feelings. She is set to star in a new dark comedy, Why Don't You Love Me?, a film adaptation of the graphic novel by Paul B Rainey.
