Fans are going to see the iconic Mitchie Torres once again! Demi Lovato is going to make an appearance in the upcoming Camp Rock 3.

Disney confirmed the news on Tuesday, Aug. 11, according to reports by international outlets including Variety and Deadline. Lovato was also present at the premiere night alongside Joe, Kevin, and Nick Jonas and the new cast members.

"I couldn't miss the final jam," Lovato said during the event.

In an Instagram carousel post, the actress-singer shared scene photos from the original film with the caption, "[M]itchie 4 ever."

Before this, the This Is Me singer was announced as one of the executive producers of the film without an on-screen role. Her co-stars, the Jonas Brothers, will return as fictional band Connect 3, who are looking for a new opening act for their upcoming tour.

In her interview last January, Lovato shared that she even delivered a "mini pep talk" to the new cast of Camp Rock when she first met them.

"I met them as a group, and I gave them some advice. It was like, 'Don’t be afraid to ask for time off, like take care of yourself first. It's really important that you take care of your mental health so that you can do the other things you want to do, like performing and acting,'" she recounted.

"But if you don't have your mental health or if you get burned out, that can all go away, so it is important to take care of yourself," she added.

The official logline reads, “When Connect 3 loses their opening act for a major reunion tour, they return to their beloved Camp Rock to discover the next big thing. As campers vie for the chance to open for their favorite band, tensions rise and friendships are tested—leading to unexpected alliances, revelations and romances."

The film is directed by Veronica Rodriguez. The script was written by Eydie Faye, while Jamal Sims handled the choreography. Lovato and the Jonas Brothers were credited as executive producers, alongside Tim Federle, Betsy Sullenger, Spencer Berman, and Gary Marsh.

Returning cast member Maria Canals-Barrera as Connie, Mitchie's mom. Other newcomers include Malachi Barton (Fletch), Lumi Pollack (Rosie), Hudson Stone (Desi), Casey Trotter (Cliff), Brooklynn Pitts (Callie), Ava Jean (Madison), and Sherry Cola (Lark).

The original Camp Rock, which premiered in 2008, followed aspiring young musicians as they spent their summer at a music camp. It spawned a second movie just two years later.

The original stars recently reunited during the Jonas Brothers' New Jersey concert, where the trio and Demi performed beloved songs from the films, including This Is Me and Wouldn't Change a Thing.

Camp Rock 3 premieres Aug. 13 on Disney Channel and the next day on Disney+.
