Camille Prats rides rollercoaster in Japan just a day before ride malfunctions: 'Praise God for His protection'
It was a close call for Camille Prats and her family, who were in an amusement park in Japan a day before one of its rides stopped mid-air.
On her Instagram account, the actress shared photos with her kids and husband at the Universal Studios in Japan. She said they rode the Flying Dinosaur ride—the same one that stopped working during a ride—last Dec. 13.
"The big boys and I rode the flying dinosaur a day before news broke that it got stuck mid air," she said.
"Praise God for His protection. So glad everyone was safe," Camille ended her post, saying it was "definitely a day to remember."
On Dec. 14, a roller coaster at Universal Studios Japan stopped working during a ride with 32 people, who were left hanging upside down at its highest point over 100 feet above the ground.
Fortunately, no one was hurt.
According to a spokesperson for the theme park, the people on the ride were evacuated within 45 minutes. The said ride has since been closed and is under inspection.
