Rhiza Pascua is a Filipino live-events executive and one of the country’s leading concert promoters. She founded Music Management International, which later became part of Live Nation Philippines, where she serves as Managing Director. Over the years, she has helped bring major global acts and large-scale concert experiences to Filipino audiences. Beyond the stage, she is a daughter, mother, and advocate for senior safety awareness, using the loss of her father, Nilo Ortiz, to push for greater vigilance and protection for elderly loved ones in public spaces.
