Kris Aquino delighted fans with a surprise appearance on Eat Bulaga, marking a rare television moment for the host and actress amid her ongoing health battle.

Audience members erupted in cheers when the Queen of All Media visited the noontime show's set on June 25 to show support to her son Bimby Aquino-Yap, who was serving as a guest co-host.

Ryzza Mae Dizon, who had once worked with the mother-and-son duo in the 2013 film My Little Bossings, quickly rushed over to greet Kris.

The actress then joked, "Mag-kiss ka sa future mother-in-law mo."

The two shared a warm embrace as the crowd laughed and cheered at Kris' playful remark.

"I love you. Ang laki ng ginanda mo! I think dahil may nagpapaganda sayo," Kris teased once more.

During the episode, she also hinted that she could take on a guest-hosting role in the future.

"Can I guest host next time?" she asked the audience, who then responded with enthusiastic cheers.

Kris has been open about her ongoing battle with multiple autoimmune conditions, regularly updating supporters about her treatment and recovery. She received treatment in the United States from June 2022 to September 2024 before returning to the Philippines.

Now that her health is gradually improving, Kris has expressed interest in reigniting her showbiz career. She previously shared that she misses doing interviews as she teased a possible video podcast of her own, with the goal is to do interviews with other people on a regular basis.
