‘Ready to sting’: Nadine Lustre channels her inner Scorpio in daring shoot
If there’s anyone who’s unapologetic about being a Scorpio, it’s Nadine Lustre.
Clad in her scorpion gown, Lustre flaunted the passionate and assertive sides of a Scorpio woman at a recent photoshoot. The daring dress was seen on the actress when she attended the MEGA Ball 2022 last June 12.
“Ready to sting. The look was inspired by Nadine’s zodiac sign,” said stylist Lyn Alumno on Instagram.
Lustre’s edgy look was also inspired by Schiaparelli's Fall/Winter 2021 collection, Roberto Cavalli's Fall/Winter 2002 collection, and artist Nusi Quero who’s known for his works that scream “artistic vandalism.”
The Greed star’s gown also includes a body-hugging corset created with “discarded plastic and recycled RTV silicone to mold the armor.” The gown is finished with a 12-carat gold leaf for an extra touch of sparkle.
Another eye-catching piece is the dragon clutch designed by Neil Felipp and gold accessories.
