The lineup includes 32 items for women, 25 items for men and four accessories.

Uniqlo is launching the new +J collection in stores and online starting Nov. 13. This marks the return of Uniqlo’s collaboration with legendary designer Jil Sander, who brings her signature modern style to this exceptional line for women and men.

“A shared respect for modernity and timeless design is evident in our latest collaboration, particularly in sophisticated, everyday essentials that are well-suited to life today,” said Tadashi Yanai, chairman, president and CEO of Fast Retailing.

Jil Sander’s +J collection features sweaters fine-gauge cashmere, merino wool and blends.

Jil Sander said, “I set out to define the global modern uniform with this in mind: clothes should be long-lasting and enduring. They should serve the wearer and give her or him the energy and self-assurance which is so much needed in our global reality.”

Sander was born in Germany and started her career as a fashion editor for a women’s magazine. She founded her own brand in 1968.

Having participated in Milan Fashion Week since the 1980s, she achieved international success for her forward-thinking designs.

Outerwear designs include hybrid down styles.

In 2009, she released the +J collection with UNIQLO, which revolved around the concept “Open the Future,” clearing the way for new possibilities in clothing.

The fall/winter 2020 +J collection features sophisticated essentials for women and men. Inspired by a sense of enlightened understatement, the line consists of versatile, iconic pieces.

Fine tailoring and sculptural shapes come together with an overall balance of proportion, ease, and comfort. Distinct lines give definition to moving panels and architectural silhouettes. Volumes, while generous, are well fitted.

Outerwear designs include hybrid down styles, utility-inspired jackets, military blousons, and cashmere blend coats with a full yet body conscious cut. Tailored jackets and gabardine pants in wool feature a papery finish.

Luxe oversized shirts come in a classic palette from ivory to black and white, or with playful contrasting color patterns. Sweaters are beautiful knits from fine-gauge cashmere, merino wool and blends. Long knit dresses and a sculptural skirt display an aesthetic of energy and purity.

The lineup includes 32 items for women, 25 items for men and four accessories.

Prices range from P990 to P12,990.
