Helping Filipinos achieve financial security and win in life

Published Apr 23, 2026 11:15 am

InLife recently recognized its top financial advisors for championing the company’s mission of bringing “A Lifetime For Good” to Filipinos. Leading the roster of InLife Club of Honors awardees are four financial advisors who earned the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Top of the Table distinction, the highest accolade requiring six times the production requirement for a standard MDRT member.

The MDRT Top of the Table awardees are Cherrie Anne E. Briñas of Aquila Azure; Suzette A. Morillo of Agila Financial Team General Insurance Agency; Mariel F. Estioko of CPV Malipero and Associates Insurance Agency; and Claudia Cleofe P. Cui of Sacred Life General Insurance Agency Services.

Behind their award is a deeper purpose to help Filipinos secure the best lives for themselves and their loved ones. As financial advisors, they passionately shared the value of financial planning, genuinely listening to their clients’ financial needs, building long-term relationships, and ultimately making a positive impact on their lives.

Building relationships

Briñas notes that the industry recognition simply validates that becoming a financial advisor is one of the most transformative decisions in her life.

“While the financial advisor career offers tremendous opportunities—from financial growth to travel and professional development—the greatest reward has been the ability to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives,” says Briñas.

“Helping families secure their future, protect their businesses, and build a legacy for the next generation brings a deep sense of purpose to the work that I do.”

Briñas values her clients’ trust by building lasting relationships and guiding them in their important financial decisions. Having witnessed how her clients started their businesses and achieved remarkable success, she now focuses on wealth preservation and estate planning to protect her clients’ next generation.

“Being a financial advisor is not just about recommending a policy or an investment—it’s about understanding a family’s aspirations, protecting what they are building, and helping ensure that the next generation is secure,” she shares.

Listening to aspirations

Estioko explains that her work as a financial advisor starts with listening to the stories of her clients.

“Every family has their own story—parents striving to provide stability, couples planning for their children’s education, or individuals hoping to ease the financial burden on their loved ones someday,” says Estioko.

“Understanding these aspirations allows me to guide families toward decisions that secure not just their finances, but their peace of mind.”

The InLife financial advisor from Davao notes that client conversations make her career meaningful. She recalls her conversation with a young couple, which started with everyday expenses and eventually moved to their dreams for their newborn first child.

In helping the couple build their first financial plan, Estioko guided them in their small but important step toward their financial goal.

Estioko also recalls how a close friend experienced emotional and financial burdens following an unexpected loss of a loved one.

“That moment made me realize that insurance is not just about policies or numbers—it’s about protecting people when life takes an unexpected turn. It’s about helping families prepare so that even during their hardest days, they have a measure of security and peace of mind,” she recalls.

“That moment has shaped how I view my work as a financial advisor. Every client conversation and every plan carries the same purpose: to protect futures and stand beside families when they need it most.”

Preaching financial literacy

Cui also advocates for financial literacy to impact lives. “My passion for providing financial literacy to low and middle-income individuals has become more intense,” she shares.

“From my office staff to restaurant employees, I am not ashamed of preaching the gospel of life insurance, its value at times of unforeseen events, in sickness and accidents,” adds Cui.

Cui traces her career commitment to heartbreaking incidents such as wrong business moves resulting in bankruptcy, untimely critical illness, and death.

“Across all economic strata, realizing the value of the proceeds of life and health insurance in life’s challenging moments prompted me to be more passionate and committed to my job as a financial planner,” she shares.

Creating positive impact

Morillo’s 15 years of service as a financial advisor seal her distinction as one of the InLife Club of Honors awardees year after year.

“I unlocked my passion and love for a mission to serve my clients, with the deeper purpose of leading them to A Lifetime for Good,” says Morillo.

“My dedication to my work as a financial advisor is not about sales performance, but about weaving service and commitment to Filipinos toward their financial goals and future needs,” she shares.

The InLifer from Cebu points out that her work experiences and challenges equally prepare and inspire her to create a positive impact on her clients’ lives and fulfill her God-given mission for others.

As financial advisors, Briñas, Estioko, Cui, and Morillo weave threads of love and service in the lives of their clients. Over time, these threads help Filipinos move closer to their dreams of financial security and “A Lifetime for Good.”
