Andi Eigenmann gives birth to baby boy
Andi Eigenmann and Philmar Alipayo have welcomed their second child together.
The actress announced via an Instagram post on Monday, Jan. 18 that she has given birth to a baby boy. The post shows her and Philmar with their newborn baby.
In the post, Andi thanks Philmar for being her “rock” during her pregnancy.
“This journey was more of a breeze with you by my side,” Andi wrote.
She added, “Thank you for being my rock! Because of you my worries and fears go away. I love love being your partner and going through this wonderful life, raising our kids with you. Glad I get to do this with you for life!”
Philmar also took to Instagram to thank Andi for “bringing our boy to this world.”
“I am very proud of you mahal ko,” he also said. “You are the strongest person I know.”
Andi’s mother, actress Jaclyn Jose, was actually the first one to break the news about her daughter giving birth.
“Congratulations anak for having a succesful delivery to our newest member of the family. Bouncing healthy baby boy,” she wrote in an Instagram post today.
In an interview with entertainment site PEP.ph, Jaclyn said that Andi gave birth on Sunday, Jan. 17.
“So happy also that they’re both healthy. The baby weighs 8.14 pounds at 11:10 am nang ipanganak siya,” Jaclyn told PEP.ph
Andi announced that she is pregnant with her third child—her second with Philmar—in August 2020.
Just last month, Andi and Philmar revealed that they are engaged.
