New year, better you!

It's the perfect time to upskill yourself, whether you want to go for the job of your dreams or just looking for something to keep yourself busy.

In case you don't know, Harvard University is offering 125 courses that you can take online—at your own pace—for free.

The subject areas covered include art & design, theology, business, computer science, data science, education & teaching, health & medicine, humanities, mathematics, programming, science, and social sciences.

Among the courses that are up now are CS50: Introduction to Computer Science, New Ideas for Non-Profit Leaders, Introduction to Artificial Intelligence with Python, Negotiating Salary, Resilient Leadership, and so much more. They run from a week to over 12 weeks, with three difficulty levels: introductory, intermediate, and advanced.

You'll be given free access to materials like videos and readings for your chosen course, which is "taught exclusively online, typically asynchronously to allow the learner to complete the work within a wider designated time frame."

At the end of your course, you may request for a certificate of completion verified by the university and include it in your resume as training experience.
