If there’s a will, there’s a way. That’s what Anne Curtis showed in her current video posted on Instagram.
A health buff, Anne, who is in Australia with her husband Erwan Heussaff and nine-month-old daughter Dahlia Amelie, takes no excuses and finds time to workout even when she is caring for her budding family—even while on her daily walks with her daughter
“Squeezing in a workout is always tricky now that I have my little one,” Anne said in the caption. In the video, Anne is seen in a park doing an exercise routine using Dahlia's stroller.
She credits Melisssa Wood-Tepperberg, a mom and entrepreneur known for her no-equipment workouts, as an inspiration for the quick but enjoyable routine.
And it seems like Anne has hit two birds with one stone with her workout as she shared that the back and forward movement of the stroller sent baby Dahlia to lalaland, just in time for her morning nap.
(Before executing this kind of routine, always ensure your child’s safety first.)
