These parents of three have undoubtedly aged like fine wine by staying committed to a healthy lifestyle, which includes breaking a sweat and eating nutritious food with consistency.

In an Instagram post in March 2018, educator and environmentalist Felicia Atienza wrote: “Every day is another chance to be a better version of yourself.” Hence, she finds joy in challenging herself during workouts that mostly consist of running, lifting weights, arm exercises, and core strengthening.
Nearly a year ago, she mentioned in the online platform that it’s all about being “strong, not skinny.” Sharing her “one year journey of learning, self-awareness, consistency, perseverance, forgiveness, and love,” she reminded her followers to just keep going even when they encounter barriers to their progress. “Don’t be afraid to lift and EAT, ladies.”
After suffering a stroke in 2010 and getting diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome in 2013, TV host Kim Atienza has decided to take the healthy route.
