Many people feel a sense of fear and anxiety when their 30s are tiptoeing around the corner because everyone thinks of it as the age where you need to have accomplished everything you want.

But Inka Magnaye isn't letting that fear stop her from embracing her 30s.

On her Facebook page, the voice expert delighted her fans when she posted two pictures of herself flaunting her body. The first picture, taken when she was 23-years old, depicted her wearing black undergarments matched with a cowboy hat while the second photo, taken at her current age of 34, has her enjoying a beautiful beach day clad in a blue bikini.

In the caption, Magnaye stressed that between her 20s and 30s, she would choose her 30s in a heartbeat and proceeded to explain why.

"My insecurities always got the better of me in my 20s. I allowed them to dictate my thoughts and actions. I was reactive, had the worst habits, and was constantly trying to prove myself to a world that wasn’t asking that of me," she wrote.

"My 30s has me reaping all the lessons I learned in my 20s, but the key is to learn," she continued.

She went on to say that her experiences have all made her bring about a better version of herself.

"The reward is I feel more confident about myself, more secure, more powerful, more beautiful, and I just keep getting healthier and stronger as the years pass, body and mind. I am also kinder, more forgiving, but I also have less patience for bullshit as a result of knowing my worth," she highlighted.

Magnaye ended her post by offering a very important life lesson: "If you learn from your mistakes, kids, then there’s no need to be afraid of your 30s."

Many of her fans and followers took her inspirational post to heart and expressed their gratitude for her words.

Replying to a user who said that she used to dread her 30s but is now enjoying it, Magnaye wrote, "Time is still a factor and a concern, but it’s a different kind of weight. More like a responsibility. The older I get, the more I know that I need to be better. It’s less and less about the insignificant things."

Other netizens meanwhile echoed her views and underscored how reaching the age of 30 is nothing to be afraid of as it is a time of learning and becoming even greater.
