After 15 years, Lovi Poe bids farewell to GMA and moves to ABS-CBN.

In her most recent Instagram post on Sept.16, the actress showed her appreciation to her former network company.

"Hindi po biro ang 15 years. I would like to thank GMA for taking a chance on this unknown dreamer; for believing in me and supporting me all these years," Poe wrote.

She added: "I have utmost respect and gratitude to the network that has given me my roots and a heart full of memories. Thank you for planting my dreams. Thank you for giving it time, love and effort to water it."

Shortly after, ABS-CBN Entertainment posted a tweet, welcoming Poe as the newest Kapamilya star of the network company.

Present in the contract signing were ABS-CBN President and CEO Carlo Katigbak, COO of Broadcast Cory Vidanes, Group CFO Rick Tan, Dreamscape Entertainment Head Deo Edrinal, and talent manager Leo Dominguez.

Poe has become one of the prominent actresses in the Philippine artistry. She has gathered nominations and bagged some trophies and plaques from her winnings, including 2020 Best Actress Award at the International Film Festival Manhattan, and a nomination for Best Female Actor in a Narrative Feature at the International Film Festival Manhattan.

News has already been circulating around early 2021, after her contact in GMA expired in 2020.

Poe’s upcoming projects with ABS-CBN are yet to be announced.

She is set to star in her biggest English-language movie role to date, The Chelsea Cowboy, alongside Alex Pettyfer and Poppy Delevigne.
