Binibining Pilipinas 2024 pageant is now accepting applications

Attention, pageant girlies! Binibining Pilipinas is on the search for its next crop of queens to compete for the crown.

The pageant organizer announced on Feb. 13 that applications are now open for the 60th iteration of the competition.

"The search is on for the next Binibining Pilipinas queens!" they wrote on Facebook, adding that applications are being accepted until March 22, 2024.

Requirements for applicants have yet to be revealed but last year's competition followed these requirements: between the ages of 17 and 26, proof of citizenship, college or high school diploma, medical certificate for good physical and mental wellbeing, parent's consent if the candidate is a minor, and certificate of good moral character.

Additionally, the official application form also asks aspiring contestants to certify that they have never been married, have never been a parent, and that they were born female.

The application form for the upcoming pageant is available at bbpilipinas.com and will be submitted to 8F Aurora Tower, BPCI Office, Gen. Malvar St. Araneta City, Quezon City

Other details about which titles will be given during the competition have also yet to be shared.

Earlier in February, both Miss International and Miss Globe announced that they are still with Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc. 

During last year's pageant, Angelica Lopez was crowned Bb. Pilipinas International 2023 while Anna Lakrini won Bb. Pilipinas Globe 2023.
